3.3. Supporting Our Community

During the content deletion process, the content is no longer visible to other users. After content deletion, it may take an additional 90 days to remove it from backups and disaster recovery systems.
Content will not be deleted within the first 90 days of initiating the account deletion or content deletion process in the following cases:
– Your content has been used by others under this license, and they have not deleted it (in which case, this license continues until the content is deleted);
– The deletion within 90 days is not possible due to technical limitations in our systems, in which case deletion will be carried out at the earliest opportunity permitted by technology; or
– Immediate deletion would limit our ability to:
– Investigate or identify illegal or misuse activities, such as investigating or identifying the misuse of our products or systems;
– Protect the safety, integrity, and security of our products, systems, services, employees, and users, as well as our own protection.
4. Preserving Evidence for Legal Compliance or Responding to Requests
We may preserve your content in cases where it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, including the fulfillment of record-keeping requirements imposed by applicable laws concerning the provision of financial products and services by kozossegioldalam.hu. Additionally, we may preserve your content in response to requests from a court, administrative authority, law enforcement, or government agency. Consequently, we may need to modify these terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices, promote a secure experience provided by our products and services, and/or comply with applicable laws. We will only make modifications if the provisions are no longer adequate or complete, and only if these modifications are reasonable and adequately consider your interests, or if the modifications are necessary to support the protection and security or to comply with applicable laws.
Before modifying these terms, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance (for example, via email or within our products) and provide an opportunity for you to review them before they become effective, unless the modifications are required by legal obligations. If the modified terms come into effect, they will apply to you if you continue to use our products.
